Yes, 5000 Farms is a Canadian registered charity, and charitable tax receipts are sent by email for eligible donations. Our work is made possible through the generosity of individuals and partners who give to help us grow and donate food to those in need.

Your donation helps us purchase seeds, transplants, fertilizer, soil inputs, packaging, and other essential farm supplies needed throughout the growing season. It also helps us improve and maintain tools and equipment, cover operational farming expenses such as planting, harvesting, irrigation, and field work, and move more fresh food to food banks and community partners. Support from generous individuals and partners allows us to keep producing food at scale and getting it where it is needed most.
